Last weekend, we were once again part of the Startzeit trade fair in Eisenhüttenstadt.
We had the opportunity to engage in numerous interesting conversations with young people who are looking for an apprenticeship or a dual study programme. Other exhibitors, partners and customers also visited our stand and found out more about SIMPEX Hydraulik. The day was a welcome change for us, with lots of fun and lasting impressions. We are already looking forward to the next Startzeit in 2026.

For the skilled workers of tomorrow: On 8 October 2025, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the ‘Open Company Visits 2025’ will take place in the West Brandenburg economic region. They are aimed at all school pupils and those interested in training in West Brandenburg. On this day, numerous companies, including SIMPEX Hydraulik GmbH, will present their respective training and study opportunities. We offer guided tours where you can learn about the job profiles and study programmes on offer, try your hand at practical tasks and find out everything you want to know in direct conversation with our staff.
As in 2023, we were once again represented at the careers fair in Brandenburg an der Havel this year. At our informative stand, our colleagues from the Brandenburg site gave interested visitors an insight into the world of industrial hydraulics and the wide range of products and services offered by the SIMPEX Group. There was a high level of interest in technical professions in general and mechanical engineering/hydraulics in particular, resulting in a large number of contacts being made. For those who are particularly interested, our site will be open to anyone interested in an apprenticeship in the exciting field of industrial hydraulics on 8 October 2025 as part of the ‘Open Company Visits’ event.
We welcome our new trainee and our dual student. They are now embarking on a new chapter in their lives with great motivation, enthusiasm and curiosity. We look forward to working with them and wish them every success.
