Due to the need for constant operational readiness of the vehicles, a necessary check of the hydraulic hose lines or a change of outdated hoses can quickly be forgotten. Thanks to a very good and intensive cooperation with our customer, we were able to prevent this. On this container dispenser with loading crane, we have successfully replaced the complete hose line package (60 pieces of hydraulic hose lines) in accordance with DGUV rule 113-020.
The assembly in our workshop has been completed. The piping was made entirely of stainless steel with subsequent X-ray inspection. Valve technology, of course, from Bosch Rexroth. Ready for the workshop test
For a large triple pump (250cc/rev+250cc/rev+125cc/rev) with a drive power of 200kW used in a forming press, our colleagues in the Neuss workshop succeeded in reducing the repair time from 22 weeks to 6 weeks. Now our customer, from the automotive supply sector, can start catching up on delivery dates. The #SIMPEX team wishes them every success!
Our SIMPEX hydraulics colleagues from the "Brandenburg an der Havel" site keep operations running in one of Germany's most renowned theaters. The challenge here is not only the tightness in the stage machinery, but also the time pressure to ensure that no performance is cancelled due to maintenance work. Well done Team Brandenburg!
This week, our Neuss site was able to deliver one of the largest hydraulic cylinders to date, with a length of 7m, to one of our customers in the steel mill sector. Congratulations to the SIMPEX team in Neuss.
