Today we took part in the speed dating event in the Ferris wheel at the Eisenhüttenstadt Town Festival. High up in the air, we were able to chat with numerous school pupils, university students, skilled workers and interested members of the public, and introduce our company as well as the wide range of career opportunities at SIMPEX. This unique format brought people and companies together in a relaxed and personal way.
Creative ideas are particularly needed in times of skills shortages. The speed dating event in the Ferris wheel demonstrated just how valuable face-to-face encounters can be, far removed from traditional job interviews. In a short space of time, we saw exciting conversations, new contacts and, hopefully, the first seeds of future careers in our region.
